IUGG Publications

IUGG has published various documents over time; the earliest records begin in 1923. In 2000, the collection of these papers was deposited within the Niels Bohr Library, the Center for the History of Physics of the American Institute of Physics. The Library is located at One Physics Ellipse, College Park, Maryland (20740) USA. The finding aid/inventory for this archive is online at www.aip.org/history/ead/20010000.html.

At present, IUGG publishes an annual Yearbook in both printed and electronic form, and a monthly newsletter, the IUGG E-Journal, only in electronic form. The most recent Yearbook and all issues of the E-Journal can be accessed below.

IUGG Reports take various forms. The Secretariat writes a summary report each year and those reports, since 1999, can be accessed below. Other reports are also collected here such as the Final Report of the IUGG Working Group Geosciences: The Future, and these can also be found here.

All publications prepared for or resulting from IUGG General Assemblies since 1995, including the Comptes Rendus of each General Assembly are placed under the Section for General Assemblies. Minutes of Bureau and Executive Committee meetings, as available, are collected under IUGG Administration.
